Mette has been part of Let’s Build from day one and is leading the organization using her skills and experience from auditing, accounting and passion for leadership. She has previously worked as an auditor for EY and several other organizations as the CFO.
Andrew leads Let’s Build construction delivery and quality, using his design, construction and project managment skills and work experience from humanitarian emergency and development programs, specializing in resilient infrastructure in complex settings.
Ruth is leading Let’s Build in Malawi using her skills and strenghts from her 20+ years experience from both the education sector and NGO sector where she has previously worked in senior positions for Save the Children and as Executive Director at Malawi Girl Guides Association. Ruth started her career as Secondary School Teacher.
Tisaiwale is leading our construction work in Malawi with vast experience in managing school and WASH construction. She is an experienced civil engineer with work experience from Save the Children and from the Government of Malawi civil service at the Ministry of Irrigation and Water Development.
Fumbani is taking the lead on the Finance and Administration work in Malawi. He is an Accountant by profession with valuable experience in Finance, Accounting and Administration from several organizations such as MALBRO International Civils and GOAL Malawi.
Steven is an experienced member of the team working as an Office assistant. He previously worked with MASM Med clinic for a long time. Steven worked with FAO as a Field and office assistant where he was effective in assisting the programs team in the field
Abishai is a Senior Lecturer at Lilongwe Technical College, with a Masters of Science Degree in Strategic Management. He served as a Malawi Diplomat in South Africa between 2013 and 2016. Before joining the government as a Secondary School Teacher in 2007, he worked in several positions ending up as a Marketing Operations Manager in Farmers World Group of Companies for almost 10 years. He values greatly efficient and effective goal setting. Getting something right the first time.
Matt is a business strategist, and leader. Trained as an architect, he has led the design and execution of projects for the UN, USAID, The World Bank, KFW, JHPIEGO and so many more. These range from road works, solar powered irrigation systems, to building projects. He is a board member and shareholder for Kobe Group Limited, a Malawian startup.
Mette serves on the Malawi Board as Let’s Build Foundation representative as well as being Let’s Build Foundation CEO. In her role as representative for the guarantor, she leverages her years of experiences as an auditor.
Jørgen is a founder and business leader. Jørgen founded Sector Alarm back in 1995 which is one of Europe’s biggest alarm companies today. Jørgen is working as the CEO of Sector Alarm. Let’s Build Foundation is founded by Jørgens investment company.
Tove is a nurse, she has worked for Save the Children for 40 years. She led the first international global campaign, Rewrite the Future. This campaign improved education for 10 million children. Tove worked as the Secretary General in Save the Children Norway for 8 years and she received the King’s Merit Medal for her long and dedicated service in 2019.
Amund is a business leader, he has been the CEO for several known companies such as Tomra, Bravida and Securitas. Today he is the Chairman of the Board in Nokas, a Board member in Sector Alarm and many other companies. He has a broad experience in international operations and restructurings.
